How to Order Your Green & Groovy Bags

Choose the perfect bag
• Take a good look at our products page to see the range of bag styles and fabric colors.

We have three ways to get the perfect bag to you depending on your timeframe:

1. 7-10 days. Good for up to 2000 bags. We hold a great range of stock bags in different
   colors here in the US. Please let us know if you need them even quicker!

2. 3-4 weeks. Good for orders under 1000 bags. The bags are made in our overseas
   manufacturing facility. You are welcome to specify your own bag dimensions, however,
   stock colors need to be used.

3. 6-9 weeks. Good for orders of 1000+ bags. The bags are made in our factory
  overseas You get the full choice of colors and the freedom to specify your exact bag
  dimensions.

• If you don’t see the exact bag shape, fabric color or fabric type, please do contact us.
  Chances are we can help you.

Place you order and pay
• Call or email us with your order details.
• Send your artwork as a high resolution PDF, EPS or AI file. (If you need help with your
artwork, our graphic designer is ready and willing. Her charge is $60 per hour.)
• We will email you an order confirmation to ensure all details are correct.
• Full payment is requested to proceed with the order.

Approve your pre-production sample

• For 7-10 day orders, we will email a digital proof within 48 hours for you to approve.
• For 3-4 week or 6-9 week orders, we will email you a photo of your pre-production sample within 72 hours.
• If you prefer, we can post you a physical sample, however, this will add an extra five days to the process.
• All effort is made to ensure your bags are correct according to the order confirmation. If for any reason you feel the
pre-production sample is not correct, please advise us immediately so we can organize a new sample.
• If, however, you change your mind and want different artwork or a different color bag etc, there will be an extra cost.

2-3 weeks - shipping to the US
